Unless you have backed up the photos some place else, i am afraid you wont be able to recover them.

Data recovery software will not help recover data that has been deleted from an iPhone and is not backed up elsewhere.

In the Icloud look for recent deleted you get some time to get them back.

I missed that sadly the OPer is out of luck now i bought three new WD Ultra USB-C hard drives to use with my new MSI Stealth 16 laptop and i back up all files and photos on all three of them.

I’ve also got 3 separate complete backups of all my important files.
