how do i upload video from my phone to my desktop computer

i have just taken my first video with my phone and now want to know how can i put it on my computer? i have a pc vista

Im using VideoSafe to get videos from my iPhone to my PC and the other way around.

If your on windows.. when your phone comes up in my computer just select the video you want out of the camera roll and drop on the desktop or wherever you plan on saving it.
