How long will battery charge last if phone is off?

Hey guys,

I'm going away for a week or two and am wondering if my iPhone4s will remain charged the entire time or if I'll have to charge it immediately. Plan to turn it off completely- not in standby mode- but I'm not sure about how long the battery will hold a charge.

The current recommendation by battery makers is to charge the battery to 40% for a 6 month to a year long storage stint. So anywhere from 20% to 100% and you should be fine for two weeks.
