How To Backup Cydia & Jailbroken Apps When Update to iOS 4.3 & Jailbreak It

Now I'm using iOs 4.2.1 for my iPhone 4 and already jailbreak with the latest greenpoison, I have so many cydia apps

How can I Update to latest iOs 4.3 with jailbreak it without loosing any apps & data ?????

You can use pkgbackup for backing up your cydia apps. It's not perfect but it's the best you can get.

You wont loose any game saves for iTunes apps as iTunes will back up all your paid apps for you...

After jailbreaking your Iphone can you still connect to the pc and back it up through ITunes???

Yes. iTunes still does everything it's supposed to do after jailbreaking...
