How to fix FaceTime on iPhone 4 on tmobile carrier

I'm new to the iPhone and I pad... I have a iPhone 4 on tmobile but the factime don't work... When i turn on FaceTime it tells me that is waiting for activation sum like that can sum body help me please

I've not had any issues. Are you connected to wifi? If so and you are within the 90 day window I suggest calling Apple customer service and ask for assistance.
