With this tweak in Cydia you can get 5 icons in your row when you double tap to fast app switch. This gives you room for an extra app icon for all of your app switching needs. I have always liked to have 5 icon rows of everything on my phone. So I usually have this and most of my other 5 icon tweaks enabled.
