VUZIQ is a Cydia Tweak/App which will allow you to download videos from the internet and make video ringtones. This service uses YouTube search where you can find any video and download it. After that, your video will end up in the "My Videos" section where you can trim it and set it as a video ringtone. You can set different video tones to different contact using one of the tabs at the bottom as well. Pretty awesome tweak if you ask me, but unfortunately the video does come with an advertisement at the bottom every time you get a call.
