How to grab screenshot from 4S to PC?

? I searched for this and have not been able to find it - how can I get a screenshot from my 4S to my PC?

? Also, I'm pretty sure there's an app that will capture live activity on the iPhone that can be saved as a video on PC - anyone know about that?

Just hook up the iPhone charges USB to your computer. Then iTunes should open and yo can transfer pictures from there. I am not sure about this live activity app, sorry!

Thank you for your reply. Do you mean photos I've taken with my 4S or screen shots? I know how to transfer photos but I don't know how to grab screenshots.

To take a screenshot - press both the sleep and Home buttons at the same time. You should see the screen flash and hear a camera shutter sound. Then, that picture will be in your Photos app for sharing (e.g. e-mail).
