HOW TO INSTALL CYDIA ON TETHERED DOWNGRADED iPHONE4

Hi,

I am using an iPhone4 (GSM). Recently, I have tethered downgraded it from ios 7.1.2 to ios 6.1.2 using redsn0w and GeekGrade.

My device is working perfectly fine now. But, I can't find Cydia on my iPhone. I am not sure if I have to install Cydia separately by following the jailbreak process or is Cydia supposed to be included with the tethered downgrade using GeekGrade already?

How do I locate/ install Cydia and access it from my device?
Please help.

How to downgrade from ios 7.1.1 bb 4.12.09 ?? Please help i want to downgrade and then wanaa use gv to unlock my iphone..
