How to jailbreak IOS 5 an already jailbroken iPhone 4 with IOS 4.3

So like the title says, I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 with IOS 4.3. I wanna upgrade to IOS 5 and jailbreak it. However, I would like to keep the apps I downloaded from ***Moderation Notice: References to Piracy are not allowed***, tweaks and whatnot.Is it possible? And can someone please walk me through it like I have an IQ of 3? Much appreciated.

use aptbackup, then do itunes DFU restore. than jailbreak with redsn0w

Connect your iPhone to your computer, open up iTunes and hit "upgrade" when that's done, download redsnow and use it to jailbreak your iPhone. You must start from scratch with your cydia tweaks/apps because all the cydia tweaks/apps are not compatible with iOS 5 and keep that in mind when finish jail breaking your iOS 5.

Whatever you do, don't wait too long. iOS 5.1 will be released in a few weeks and once it is, Apple will no longer be signing 5.01.
