How to reinstall Cydia after Jailbreaking

Hi Guys:

Can you help me, I have iphone 3GS, it was jailbreak but my installous 4 was not working hence I deleted Installous 4 and Cydia both then tried to do jail break again but Cydia is wont download after Jail break.

Please guide me.
