How to retreive previous message from whatsapp

Hi All,

Can someone help?

Recently I had a problem on whatsapp. It did not notify me there is an incoming message for me... Only when I touch the whatsapp it will probe me incoming messages. So I delete and reinstall back the whatsapp. And now i cannot retrieve my previous message while I was chatting with that same person on the same day itself. Normally all I need to do is to touch on the retrieve icon on top but now seems like not working. Is there anyway to resolve?

If "load earlier messages" didn't work, then I guess that you've lose it.but if it's a new message, you should be able to see it on the chat screen, otherwise it lost and you can retrieve it.

Hi, may I know how to retrieve messages that you supposed to receive during your deletion of the whatsapp?

if you had a itunes backup file you can retrieve the deleted whatsapp messages
