How to rotate iPhone movies when exporting to pc?

Hi there

I've recently uploaded my iphone pics and movies to a pc win 7.
The basic win media player will rotate the stills taken when the phone was
tilted horizontal but not the movies taken that way.
Is there something I have to do in photoshop or imovie before I export?
I also use macs.
appreciate your thoughts.
