How to save contacts from SMS ?

Hello I can't figure out when I get a txt from a number that is not saved in my contacts how do I save that number without having to remember it and go to contacts to save it any apps or anything that I can just press the number and save it ? Please help this is solo annoying !!!!!

i believe at the top right hand corner there is a button that says "add contact" and when you press that button the number will already be written for you all you need to do is input the name

hahaha o man i feel dumb i was looking above that where it says edit and everywhere else but thanks for the reply
