How to send large videos?

I took some videos at my daughter's wedding and a couple of them are close to 15 minutes in length, which is too big to send to You Tube or with an email. How can I break them up into smaller videos and what is the optimal length to send?

You can cut them down with the stock editing tool. Just be sure to save a copy not crop and delete. Most I usually send are under 2min. Anything over that you might as well load it on your pc then go to YouTube.
