how to set more vibrations for some video calls?

I do notice that some video calls like Tango, Qik Video and Fring application tend to have one vibration to set off for people to feel. How can I get more vibration because I am deaf and wish to have more vibration to feel and answer it. I believe that Cydia should have some application to push notification to set more vibration to turn video call on for more vibration. Anyone know how to do it like giving me step to step. I have Cydia application on my iPhone 4S. Help will be nice, thanks.
