I changed some settings recently on my phone, and now whenever I get a new email or Facebook notification (with the red circle above the app icon) a small pale-yellow drop-down notification appears at the top of my screen. I'd rather just read the message within the app, but I don't know how to disable this function. I don't want to disable the little red circle that appears at the top right of the app - just this annoying drop down thingy.
