How to stream tv shows faster/better on iphone 4?

Hello,

I have the Hulu Plus & Netflix app for my Verizon Iphone 4 (couldn't decide what was better) I have noticed for both of them when I am using, the dubbing is sometimes off and it often takes a long time to load I have the latest OS (4.2.10) and was wondering how I could make tv shows stream faster/better? Any help much appreciated
