How to transfer contacts, memopad, etc. from blackberry to iphone 4s?

My iphone 4s comes tomorrow. Have been a blackberry user for 8 years now. I do not have the data plan on the blackberry. Everyone online says to sync my BB to google, but without data, I cannot do that. Is there any other way to do it? Thanks.
