How to Transfer iphone4s(jail broken)contacts to iphone5

I just pre ordered the iphone 5.
I wanted to know how could i transfer my contacts from old iphone(4s) to new(5) without having a problem?

All i want is my contacts no apps

They should be on icloud so they transfer on there own
