I'm afraid that unless you have access to the Apple ID and password used to set up the iCloud activation lock there's no way to turn it off. There are no valid methods of bypassing iCloud activation lock.

A blacklisted iPhone cannot be activated on any cellular network.

I'm using this iphone. I buy it from a trusted shop and this iphone was full intact boxed..I unboxed it with my own hand. but now i have checked this IMEI and I am afraid to see it blacklisted. My cellular network is working.

Agreed. That shop owes you a full refund for selling you a blacklisted iPhone.
