How to unmerge contacts with Outlook

I have a 3GS and use Outlook 2007 at my office. I recently linked my company e-mail server to my phone's mail app to be able to read company e-mails when I am away from my office. Although, I do not wish to have my private phone contacts be automatically added to my company "Contacts" in Outlook :/ How do I un-merge these contacts? Thanks so much to anyone that tries to help! Searched the forum, but to no avail.
