How to update iphone 4 4.33 to 5.01

Hello , Now I am on iOS 4.33 iPhone 4 ,
How to upgrade to 5.01.
After update got any problem issue and it can be jailbreak ?

iOS is now up to 5.1 and I believe they have a tethered jailbreak, but no untethered that I have read about. Apple stopped signing 5.0.1 right after they released 5.1.

ooh! Than is ok lar I continue use my 4.3.3. Untill 5.1 fully jailbreak.
