How to zoom while shooting videos?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there was any way to zoom while shooting videos on the iPhone 5 and/or iPad mini. Maybe a cydia tweak? I already know Video Zoom 2 but I'd like something else. Thanks a lot in advance to anyone that can help me, I'll be extremely grateful.

There's no way to do it on a stock iPhone of iPad.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I'm jailbroken on Ios 6.1 both iPhone5 and iPad mini

in the app store there is a app called video zoom 2 for .99 cents that has the zoom feature.
zoom recorder is another app in the app store it is .99 cents also.
