My friend upgraded his iPhone 3gs to an iPhone 5 recently, and gave me his old iPhone 3gs. It's formatted and has no SIM card in it, as well as is in need of some refurbishing. I have myself an Android (LG Optimus One that I'm not so happy with) and a plan with Koodo.
How much would it cost to refurbish the old iPhone 3gs that I now have?
Would it be worth refurbishing, or just buy a better condition iPhone 4/4S/5?
Could I switched the plan from my old phone to my iPhone and keep my contract (so I don't have to buy out of it)?
And finally, is it worth doing anything?
