HTML v. Plain Text - or how about Reader

I find HTML formatted email messages are frequently built much too large, and thus shrink down to unreadable font or need excessive scrolling. It gets old.

Is there a way to get my iPhone 4s to display just the text without the formatting, or perhaps use something akin to the Safari Reader option to display just the text of an HTML message? An app? Or am I stuck. (Again.) I generally like my new iphone, but there are times...

You might try the new Readability app that just came out today...I just downloaded it and it seems pretty neat...
