I cannot get my new Iphone 4 to ring.

I can get my phone to vibrate but it will not ring. Very frustrating.

Yus, that was it. It must have flipped off when I attached my "Otter" case.

Hello, I bought an i phone 4 a few days back. It does not ring, nor does it play music, nor does it vibrate. But when i make and reveive calls i am able to hear the other side too is able to hear me. Can some one help?
