I can't get Sbsetting to install

I have just bought an iphone 4s upgraded it to 6.1 and jail broken it today and nothing seems to install
is there a reason?
is cydia overloaded and will it be okay tomorrow?
I really wanted sbsetting but it doesnt install

Cydia is going to be overloaded for a little while, yes. How long? No one knows. Keep trying to load the tweaks/packages you want... eventually they'll come through. If nothing now... give it a day or two for the rush to wear off.

Just got up at 6am for a coffee and tried installing sbsettings and worked a treat

You can manually install SBSettings by downloading it through the BigBoss website and installing it manually as well.
