I have an Iphone 6s and the music doesn't shuffle within my playlist

I do this:
Shuffle in a Playlist

1. Tap the Library button in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Playlist (if this is missing from your app, tap Edit in the top right corner, tap Playlists, and then tap Done).
3. Find the playlist you want to shuffle and tap it.
4. Tap the Shuffle All button just below the playlist art and above the track list.

But instead of shuffling the music it shuffles to one song then plays it over and over etc. Somebody help me!!!

Welcome to iPhone Forums!
Tap that song, and make sure it’s not set to repeat this one song. The Repeat button should not look like this:

and it shouldn’t be red. Tap it to change the setting.
