I have modem firmware 04.10.01 and version 4.3.3 (bj2) and my iphone 4 is jail broken and I want to no if this can be unlocked and how to unlock it?

It can only be unlocked with hardware(Gevey Ultra SIM) the 04.10.01 baseband is not compatible with the software unlock(ultrasn0w)

What is a Gevey ultra sim and is it worth buying and I live in the UK

It's worth buying if you want to unlock since that's the only way you can unlock. It's a hardware unlocking solution.

When I click on carrier it searches and finds o2 orange Vodafone and t-mobile and 3 uk so does that mean its unlocked?

I don't know, the only way to find out is to put a SIM from a carrier that the phone isn't tied to in, if it works then its factory unlocked.
