I just jailbroke my iPhone 4 with 4.3.1, but how can I install cydia?

I just jailbroke my iPhone 4 with this tutorial:

How can I install cydia on my iPhone? It didn't come with the jailbreak. (If that makes sense)

there is no official bundle to jailbreak 4.3.1..

but there should of been an option for cydia and to install packages if you used pwnage tool
