I know IOS, I know Android, I don't know iPhone 5. Couple of questions.

I got a call from my wife and when I ended the call I couldn't use the call screen again. I backed out, tapped the phone icon and my wife kept coming up. Somehow it got fixed but I don't know what I did to fix it. So it's not a problem again, can someone tell me what happened?

I see that a customizable screen doesn't seem to be something I can do. If there is a way to do it I could use some advice but I have a feeling that the home screen stays as is. I have grouped my icons into Entertainment, Productive, and weather but that's as far as I've got. Any ideas? Thanks for your patience with me.

Sounds like the phone app got stuck hanging up. Happens to me once in a while. I usually kill the phone app and it comes back up as normal.

You know, it may be a different phone and OS. That's what I would have done if it was an Android phone. Funny how the same fixes work from time to time. Thanks for the response.
