I need advice

Ok well am about to jailbreak my device so that I can install ios5 without being a developer or having my udid registered. Well it says my phone would be tethered and I'll have to boot from redsnow to have Cydia. I don't really care much for cydia or having my phone jb tethered to much work. But I am inpatient and don't wanna wait for iOS 5 release. So can I just boot my device normally and not have Cydia. And still keep the iOS 5. Sorry for writing so much.

Just wait for the official release. There's no point in running iOS5 right now unless you are a developer.
