Hello from a new member. Just replaced iPhone 2 with a 4 s. people calling me say that the voicemail service does not kick in when I do not reply. With O2. Do I need to activate it in some way? Cannot recall doing so for previous iPhone and cannot see how to do other than record a customised greeting.
