Iblacklist app help TWO THOUSAND #s

I installed the iblacklist app from the app store, BIG MISTAKE, A TWO THOUSAND #s saved on my phono mistake All that version of iblacklist does is block what it thinks are telemarketer numbers not numbers you choose. I have uninstalled the app but now in my contacts I have an iblacklist group that consist of about TWO THOUSAND numbers. I've tried syncing to iTunes to remove the list but I don't see it. Can someone please help me figure out how to delete this group? Also why do I not have an iCloud contact group?
