Icloud lock

Hi all I have 2 iPhone 4s 1 is icloud locked the other I use as an ipod, the 1 I use is in very bad condition camera, battery all knacked. If I swap the mother board into the locked 1 would this work or will it still be a brick??? Thanks

Swapping the logic board will result in a bricked device and is illegal in any country that offers the sales of Apple products. If you swap the camera itself, it would be fine since it's a generic hardware. Battery swapping from one used device to another is also not recommended. Always purchase OEM (not aftermarket) batteries and always swap out your old battery with a brand new OEM non-aftermarket battery, or risk your device exploding or catching fire because of the battery.
