Arkadaşlar iyi geceler elime iphone 5s cihazı geçti yani bir arkadaşım almış fakat icloud iptal etmeden format atmış dolayısıyla etkinleştirme maili görünüyor tabi ki onun şifresinide unutmuş bize çözüm üretecek yada bu cihazı açacak arkadaşlar varsa şimdiden teşekkür ederim

It's not possible to circumvent iCloud's Activation Lock. An iPhone that's still connected to it's previous owner's iCloud ID, is useless to you, if you don't know the former owner's ID and password, or if it hasn't been removed from his iCloud account.

There's no way around this. If you know the previous owner, contact him and ask him to remove this device from his iCloud ID.
Here's what he has to do:
iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone
"Remove an iOS device you no longer have" is the important part for you/the former owner.
