iFile Help!

I barely started to learn how to use iFile and I downloaded a theme that has a frame on the lockscreen the wallpaper is .png I copy pasted a picture into the same file where the frame is and respringed my phone in order to see if the picture would appear on the frame well the picture did not appear on the frame what can I do? do i have to make the picture a png file instead of jpeg? if so can I convert the file?
