iMessage/Push Notification

hi there,
i have recently jailbroke my Iphone 4 (iOS 5.1.1) Factory Unlocked
well after jailbreak i am unable to send imessage to anyone but myself.. and im not receiving any push notification.
i surfed internet but those solutions are for carrier locked phone mine is factory unlocked how do i fix it...??!

If you're not using the default carrier, make sure your APN settings are up and working. An remember that iMessages requires data/wifi to use
