iMessage stuck on "Waiting for activation"

Stuck on waiting for activation it been like this for awhile now and I can't use iMessage or anything. Any solutions?

I heard iMessage is having issues, probably related to that.

From 1:11pm - 6:20pm CST iMessage and FaceTime were affected for some users.

I still can't imessage on any of my devices.

Imessage just suddenly started working again.
