iMessage text font size

I just got me and my wife iPhone 4S's on February 01. They both have iOS 5.0.1 on them and there doesn't seem to be any setting that adjust the size of the text while in the iMesage app. I tried changing the minimum font size in the mail, contacts, calendar section of settings but that doesn't seem to change the text size.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only way to do this is to jailbreak with Absinthe.
