In need of a location gps tag app

Hi. I am searching for an app that will allow my friends and I to leave geotag with a message at a location. A picture there would be good too. It would need a proximity alarm, work in the background and be reliable. I have tried several apps but none have had every needed to work for us. The closest, very closest is the Pin Drop app. It has everything but is hard to share labels on it. Any ideas??
