Incoming call shows a black screen w/ any theme

Hello all

the title states my problem. when i use a theme, when i recieve an incoming call, the screen/bg is just black. when incall, i then get my bg. if i have a fb contact pic synced, the pic is in the top right corner, but the rest of the screen is still black. is there a way to fix this? thanks in advance.

Happens to everyone. Not sure how to fix it but it is quiet annoying.

damn, if thats the case, is there a way to set a pic to all contacts/unknown callers a default pic to use?
