Incomplete iCloud download from iPhone 5

Hello there just a question, unfortunately I broke the screen on my iPhone 5, so went to phones 4 u, and ended up paying to buy out of a contract and ended up with an iPhone 5s, I had all the pics of my new born daughter on the old phone and phones for u started the back up on to iCloud and it said 10 hours so they kept the phone at the store for the back up to complete anyhow they phoned me in the morning and said the back up had completed but it stills says incomplete on iCloud any ideas????

I don't have any idea why that would be happening but don't forget that with your new iPhone 5s comes 90 days of free phone support from Apple so if you don't find the answer here just give them a ring.
