insame app that teaches the iPhone to see things

hi guys,

my friend showed me an app today called "ClickPic Now". There is a youtube video that looks like magic.

It's an app that let you teach the iPhone to see things.
You take a picture of a calculator for example and then the next time you point the phone to the calculator the iPhone says "It's a calculator".

How does that work???
