Install Weather/Stocks on iPad 2?

Running 6.1.2 on iPad 2.

I was wondering if anyone has the .app files to the Weather/Stock for iPad 2? Or know of a tweak that will install those 2?

As in the stock ones that come with the iPad? Or did you mean other stock and weather apps.
