Open the iTunes icon or the Apps icon and you can go to the store from there.
Ok thanks After connecting to iTunes now my applications are not working....I can't open them..

You're going to have to give us more information so we can figure out what you are talking about. Are you trying to access your stuff in iTunes on a PC? Did you sync or are you trying to? Is this a new phone? Have you already downloaded apps? What do you mean they won't "open"? Are you jailbroken? tell us more!

yes I take those from Itunes store and when i connect my iPhone to PC after sync and add one new application the application didn't install so I lift it and eject my iPhone from PC after that when i tried to use my application and games they were not opening and still not working, for your Information my iPhone is not jailbreak yet....I hope this much info is enough for you

I guess I'm still not understanding your issue, I've never heard of a problem where NO apps or games would "open". Is there just one app that won't open? Other than doing a reset or restore, you might try uninstalling the apps one by one and see if one is causing a corruption. Do the native apps open, such as weather, stocks, clock, etc?
