Internal storage much higher

Ok guys i joined this because i have no one i saw on google had this problem.

Anyways short story, bought and iphone 4 like 2 days ago
and pretty much this picture explains it all

and if you cbf'd clicking it, it just says
internal storage is 28gb and only reads 14gb on iTunes

So any comments would be cool, cheers

It's the way windows recognises the phone as an external storage device (even though it can't be used as one unless you jailbreak).

There's was similar thread on here a while back...

On your iphone go to settings-> about. There u will find a resume about the phone memories, mp3 used, photo used, video used, and free. Sum up all to see if it correspond to what you wanted.
