internet connection from iphone to computer

hay guys.i hv 4s jailbroken.i hv internet in my iphone and my Question is how can i use that internet connection on my computer with windows7.2nd Q is where is hotspot in iphone 4s.i searched a lot but in my iphone i see nothing like that,may be after jailbreaking its gone.i have ios 5.1.1 jailbroken.

Go intro cydia and download tether me. I think it's 1.99. With this you will gain access to settings>general>cellular>personal hotspot

The one thing about TetherMe is that it doesn't spoof the data usage enough, just like MyWi. PDAnet does a better job. They do hustle you for a few more dollars but those are a few dollars worth spending from my experience if you don't want to pay the $20/month tethering fee.
