Introduction and Question

Hi, my name is Dave. Have been a member of this forum for quite awhile but hardly accessed it. I finally upgraded to an IPhone 6. With my iPhone 4S, I never had a voicemail password. Now with the 6, everyone I turn on my phone it asks me for a voicemail password. It says, password incorrect, put in your voicemail password. Since I have no password, I just press cancel and then the password screen goes away for a little while, and then comes up again I press cancel. It goes away. How do I get rid of it permanently.

Dial 611 and tell then you need help establishing an AT&T voicemail password.
And remember, this is not the same as your iPhone password which is connected to your Apple ID.

Once you set up v/m and access it, you may never need the password again but of course, write it down just in case.
